This is an ideal role for a chef looking to take the next step up in their career and have a meaningful impact on our developing business. We operate 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, evening service so expect a varied, interesting and challenging role working alongside a dynamic team.
We look to our senior team to help shape the product and experience for our customers using a weekly kitchen table meeting to discuss all things product including tasting, refining and agreeing the next round of product changes.
The sous chef role will require approx. 48 hours per week, across 4 days.
