An exciting opportunity to train as a massage therapist within the Norfolk Passport group, providing unique and ‘not your average spa’ experiences at each site.
About the Academy
Norfolk Passport has entered an exciting era of spa across our businesses, with Ffolkes launching its exciting new social spa FFOLKESPA, Byfords’ luxurious treatment room recently opening, and PIGSPA continuing to deliver top-notch treatments and private spa experiences.
With all of these exciting things happening, the team of massage therapists has continued to grow, and we’re looking for more passionate and enthusiastic people to join - even if you’ve never massaged before in your life!
We’ll guide you through a Full Body Massage course, alongside The Norwich School of Hair & Beauty, and at the end of it, you’ll have a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification (accredited by VTCT via The Norwich School of Hair & Beauty).
In addition, you'll be guaranteed a job at the end.
Training will be weekly, starting in January 2026 and finishing in March 2026.
Class sizes will be small, with ample time for practical training and constructive feedback from qualified & experienced tutors to help guide you to becoming a fully fledged massage therapist.
Cost of Course: £800.

About the role
After obtaining your qualification you will become a Full or Part-time member of our spa team based at Ffolkes, Hillington.
Treatments will be carried out between 9am and 9pm, shifts of 6 - 8 hours.
Full TEMPLESPA product training given and further training in courses (Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Beauty Facials) provided.
About you
You must be aged 18 years or over.
You enjoy working as part of a team and as an individual.
You're flexible, enthusiastic, and conscientious.
You can deliver a memorable and unique spa experience for each and every client.
You're willing to obtain the relevant insurance to work as a massage therapist.
You can talk confidently to the customers about our products, values and history.
COURSE SCHEDULE
📍 Location: Ffolkes, Hillington, and The Norwich School of Hair & Beauty (NSHB), Norwich.
⏰Session times: 9.30am - 4.30pm
📅 Duration: 10 weeks
💰 Cost: £800 (deposit payment scheme available)

All dates for the course must be attended in order to gain qualification.

- All sessions must be attended and completed to qualify. Any missed due to extenuating circumstances can be re-organised with the tutor with notice. `
- Insurance is the responsibility of the therapist and must be obtained prior to starting role.
- Positions available at Ffolkes, but proximity and availability of shifts at other locations will be taken into consideration.
