With COVID restrictions being lifted in the UK, an end to furlough, and the great British staycation becoming so popular we are offering the opportunity to 'earn while you learn' to 20 apprentices across a number of leading Norfolk businesses.

What sets our apprenticeship scheme apart from the rest is the fair wage that is representative of the work being done plus a £1,500 bonus once the course is completed. We value opportunity and learning and will always support rising stars.

All our courses are provided by Hit Training, which will provide online learning, assessments, and practical observations, however, most learning will be done on the job.

Apprenticeship eligibility will be subject to an initial eligibility check with our apprenticeship provider

Level 2 - Core team member

You need no prior experience or qualifications to complete a level 2 apprenticeship, but must be over 16 years of age. You will be on a 42-hour contract* inclusive of online learning 1.5 days a month. A learning assessor will conduct on-site assessments/practical observations.

Starting salary is depending on age, but does not fall below starting salaries listed.

Starting Salary: £18,000 + £1,500 end of course bonus
Potential Salary: £21,000


Level 3 - Supervisor level

You need no prior experience or qualifications to complete a level 3 apprenticeship, but must be over 16 years of age. You will be on a 42-hour contract* inclusive of online learning 1.5 days a month. A learning assessor will conduct on-site assessments/practical observations.

Starting salary is depending on age, but does not fall below starting salaries listed.

Starting Salary: £21,000 + £1,500 end of course bonus
Potential Salary: £25,000


Level 4 - Management level

You must have completed a level 3 course or have the specific skills needed to apply to level 4 courses and be over the age of 16. You will be on a 48-hour contract* inclusive of online learning 1.5 days a month. A learning assessor will conduct on-site assessments/practical observations.

Starting salary is depending on age, but does not fall below starting salaries listed.

Starting Salary: £25,000 + £1,500 end of course bonus
Potential Salary: £30,000

*Anyone between the ages of 16-17 will be put on a 40 hour contract
