As a Thermal Team Member & Sauna Master, you’re at the heart of the thermal experience. You’re part spa concierge, part host, and part ritual leader — welcoming guests, setting the vibe, and guiding them through heat, cold, and recovery in a way that feels effortless, energising, and memorable. Whether you’re serving a post-sauna drink, resetting the space, or leading an Aufguss ritual, you play a key role in shaping how our guests feel.
Thermal Team Member Responsibilities Advising guests on the benefits of heat and cold experiences, including sauna, steam, and cold plunge.
Preparing and serving cocktails, herbal teas, juices, and light refreshments with flair and confidence.
Keeping hydration stations stocked, eye-catching, and inviting.
Engaging with guests — suggesting drinks, offering towels, and raising the vibe.
Ensuring the thermal and relaxation zones are always clean and safe.
Clearing and resetting lounges with speed, precision, and sparkle.
Working with reception and therapists to coordinate guest flow.
Spotting and handling the little details such as folding towels, fluffing robes, and spotting that perfect moment to brighten someone's day.
Sauna Master & Aufguss Responsibilities Delivering guided Aufguss sauna rituals using water, ice, aromatherapy, and towel techniques to create immersive heat and sensory experiences.
Confidently leading groups through rituals, setting the tone, explaining the experience, and ensuring guest safety and comfort throughout.
Managing sauna conditions before, during, and after rituals, including heat levels, ventilation, and timing.
Working closely with the wider thermal team to schedule rituals and manage guest flow.
Upholding ritual standards, cleanliness, and safety within the sauna space at all times.
Continuing to develop your knowledge of sauna culture, techniques, and aromatherapy.
Full Aufguss training will be provided for the right person — curiosity, confidence, and great energy matter most.
