THE ROLE: FOH | Front of House – Waiter/Waitress

As a front-of-house team member at Ffolkes, you are the face of the action. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep the buzz alive from start to finish. You bring the energy, charm, and get-it-done attitude that makes a great pub experience feel effortless.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Giving every guest a warm, confident Ffolkes welcome
  • Taking orders, running food and drinks with pace and accuracy
  • Keeping your section tidy, stocked and ready for anything
  • Using our systems to make the service smooth and seamless
  • Being part of a team that works hard and has a laugh doing it

What We Are Looking For:

  • Confident, friendly people who know how to connect with guests
  • Comfortable in a lively setting with a fast service pace
  • Pays attention to detail, keeps things running smoothly and is confident taking the lead when needed
  • Happy to be on your feet all day and shift through the gears when needed
  • Happy to handle curveballs with a sense of humour
  • Experience in hospitality is a bonus but your attitude matters most
