The Ffolkes is looking for a Sous Chef to join their ever growing kitchen team.
The Sous Chef position at The Ffolkes will involve supporting the kitchen operations and producing great food, predominantly starters and mains.
Having relaunched The Ffolkes in 2017 following an extensive £2m refurbishment, the business is growing at a fast pace having secured its place in the market with a family-friendly angle. It's positioning on the main Kings Lynn road with a large car park and only a five minute drive from Sandringham, The Ffolkes offers all-day dining from breakfast through to dinner.
The Ffolkes specialises in counter service, known and marketed as 'The Feast'. We have steered this offering around the style and demand of the business serving lots of customers in short spaces of time but also wanting to offer a really excellent quality of produce and theme.
