About you:

• You love food and have a solid knowledge of ingredients and flavours.

Food and kitchen:

Byfords is currently undergoing a food revolution. The menu is being refined to make way for bold, diverse new dishes, blending modern flair with quirky presentation and hard-hitting flavours.

The current kitchen equipment and set up is getting a little mature, but over the next 24 months plans are in the pipeline to bring the kitchen into a new era with new layouts, equipment and all the whistles and bells. But we need someone to come into the team and help push with the rest of brigade towards this.
