We’re looking for someone who has spent time in kitchens, and more importantly, genuinely enjoys working in them, to join our dynamic kitchen team for the year ahead and beyond.
A real passion for food is essential, along with a proper chef’s work ethic, as we continue to develop and grow the food journey here at The Ffolkes.
We won’t ask you to work crazy hours (unless you want to!), but like all hospitality roles there are some unsociable hours involved. That said, we make sure things are fair and everyone shares the load.
The food you’ll be helping create is just as colourful as The Ffolkes décor. From our signature Street Tea, to the famous Sunday Pudding Room, guest kitchen collaborations like KO Kitchen and Ruchi Street Food, and even the occasional Bottomless Breakfast Feast. There may also be a wedding or two that needs preparing. The variety is huge, but at the heart of everything we do is a focus on quality.
If this sounds like a kitchen you’d enjoy being part of, we’d love to hear from you.
Join the Team
You’ll be part of a close-knit crew on a thumbs-up mission, creating feel-good experiences, inspiring each other, and delivering standout service with personality and pride. Expect to be part of a fast-moving, idea-sharing, good-times team. The goal? Be missed when you’re not on shift.
We’re proud of our space. It’s bold, fun, and a little unexpected, and we want people who treat it like their own. Know your products, back your teammates, and speak up when something’s not quite right. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.
About Us
Ffolkes is part of a bigger family of brands that span hospitality, online ventures, and property development, all driven by a common purpose: to earn trust from everyone we connect with. That includes our team, guests, suppliers, and community. Our hospitality brands are powered by the Norfolk Passport, a loyalty club for locals that gives cardholders 10% off everything we do and gives us the honest feedback we actually want. Good or bad, we’re here to keep improving and raising the bar.
