Chef Director Richard Hughes' award-winning kitchen operates seven days a week offering a range of services including breakfast, lunch, our famed afternoon tea, pre-theatre, fine dining, event catering and a cookery school.
Our restaurant is open from 7am to 9pm plus occasional event business, including weekends and public holidays.
Applicants must be ambitious, well-motivated, and be reliable.
Chef de partie position will require suitable experience and a with a steady employment record.
