About the Role:

Finance Apprentice/Graduate

+ Full-time

+ Salary dependent on age (£20k+)

+ Holt office - hybrid working once training complete.

+ Ideal first role to kick start a finance career.

+ No experience or existing qualifications necessary - priority being a logical, analytical numbers brain.

+ Excel experience not needed but would be ideal.

+ Exciting learning support alongside work via an apprenticeship or study qualification such as AAT (study leave covered).

+ All on the job training covered through tailored training program and personal development frameworks.

About you:

Our finance team are on the hunt for a motivated problem solver to join their dynamic team. A perfect opportunity to start a finance career, with study support via an apprenticeship included within the role, as well as a progressive training plan and self-development support from our Finance Manager.

Hidden Talents provide branding, marketing, accounts and tech support. Hidden Talents is the central hub for all Our Family businesses operating primarily within the hospitality sector. From communications to accounts, and payroll, we provide the tools and services that help our front facing brands to continue operating at maximum efficiency. We are a small yet passionate team based in Holt, Norfolk.

Successful individuals will have a real desire to direct their natural numerical skills towards learning the ropes of a finance role with the ambition to progress! A passion to help us drive the business forward, and keep the sites bottom line in check. Supporting a number of our brands within the Group which employs around 180-200 people, a positive communicator is key, alongside being super self-motivated. We offer the flexibility of working a hybrid working pattern from both Holt and from home once you are fully trained and up to speed.

+ No finance experience or qualifications required (Excel experience not a necessity however will come in handy!)

+ Openness and ability to learning new information.

Job components – training on all components included:

+ Compile Weekly & Quarterly accounts – each brand will form a weekly P&L. You will take this information, update & check, and present the confirmed P&L against relative comparatives and KPIs.

+ Operational management financials – from time to time you may need to produce information that will be of use to the brand and help it simply understand how it is performing and shape its development.

+ Cash ups & supplier invoices – you will be required to assist in the checking and uploading of cash ups on a weekly basis along with all supplier invoices from sites

+ Ad-hoc tasks – you may be required to assist in other administrative or processing tasks for any of our brands alongside the finance team. You may also be required to assist in any project work determined by the Finance Manager. Both of which tailored to aid your personal and career development.
