Our finance team are on the hunt for a motivated problem solver to join their dynamic team. A perfect opportunity to start a finance career, with study support via an apprenticeship included within the role, as well as a progressive training plan and self-development support from our Finance Manager.

  • Salary dependent on age (£20k+)
  • September start (or sooner)
  • Holt office - hybrid working once training complete

  • No experience or existing qualifications necessary - priority being a logical, analytical numbers brain.
  • Excel experience not needed but would be ideal.
  • Exciting learning support alongside work via an AAT apprenticeship (study leave covered).
  • All on-the-job training is covered through a tailored training program and personal development frameworks.

Job components – training on all components included:

  • Compile Weekly & Quarterly accounts – each brand will form a weekly P&L. You will take this information, update & check, and present the confirmed P&L against relative comparatives and KPIs.
  • Operational management financials – from time to time you may need to produce information that will be of use to the brand and help it simply understand how it is performing and shape its development.
  • Cash ups & supplier invoices – you will be required to assist in the checking and uploading of cash ups on a weekly basis along with all supplier invoices from sites
  • Ad-hoc tasks – you may be required to assist in other administrative or processing tasks for any of our brands alongside the finance team. You may also be required to assist in any project work determined by the Finance Manager. Both of which tailored to aid your personal and career development.
