I now get to see all aspects of the Byfords experience - and spend a lot less time in the kitchen! Also, I now spend a huge amount of time with customers, speaking with people, working to make staff better... no single day is the same!
I LOVE working for Byfords, it's great fun. When you work hard, everyone pulls together and works hard as a team. It's a great environment and a great team to work with.
