The Assembly House has two positions available, alternating between the main kitchen and pastry duties.
Although an entree level role, we like to make all of the team feel cared for and part of our family and this would be the same for any apprentice applicant.

Under the direction of and alongside Chef Director Richard Hughes, the kitchen team at The Assembly House is hard-working, happy and appreciated.
We are looking for reliable, committed, glass-half-full candidates who can keep pace with the busiest kitchen in Norwich city centre and for whom excellence is standard.
Positions have a full-time start date of mid-May – in line with Government easing of restrictions – however, occasional shifts may be available prior to this date.
Hours; Four days a week, with the potential of a day at week at catering college.
Start Date; A full time start date in mid-May, however occasional shifts maybe available prior to this date.
Salary; Apprentice rate, reviewed after 6 months
