We offer the opportunity to 'earn while you learn' to several apprentices across several leading Norfolk businesses.

The fair wage representing the work done sets our apprenticeship scheme apart from the rest. We value opportunity and learning and will always support rising stars.

Hit Training provides all our courses, online learning, assessments, and practical observations. However, most of the learning will be done on the job.

Apprenticeship eligibility will be subject to an initial eligibility check with our apprenticeship provider.

Level 2 - Core team member

You need no prior experience or qualifications to complete a level 2 apprenticeship but must be over 16 years of age. You will be on a 42-hour contract* inclusive of online learning 1.5 days a month. A learning assessor will conduct on-site assessments/practical observations.

Starting Salary depends on age but does not fall below starting salaries listed.

Starting Salary: £18,000 + £1,000 end of course bonus
Potential Salary: £21,000


Level 3 - Supervisor level

You need no prior experience or qualifications to complete a level 3 apprenticeship but must be over 16 years of age. You will be on a 42-hour contract* inclusive of online learning 1.5 days a month. A learning assessor will conduct on-site assessments/practical observations.

Starting Salary depends on age but does not fall below starting salaries listed.

Starting Salary: £21,000 + £1,000 end of course bonus
Potential Salary: £25,000



*Anyone between the ages of 16-17 will be put on a 40 hour contract
